• All participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Players must provide accurate and complete registration information.

• All team-related fees are managed and collected solely by team managers.
• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. does not collect or manage team fees directly from individual players.
• Any disputes regarding team fees must be addressed with the team manager.

• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. provides basic insurance coverage for registered players.
• This coverage may include limited benefits such as accident or injury-related claims, subject to the terms and conditions of the insurance provider.
• Players acknowledge that:

1. The provided insurance may have coverage limits, exclusions, and deductibles.
2. Not all injuries, damages, or losses may be covered.

• Participation is contingent on compliance with all insurance requirements set by Hockey City Hamilton Inc. and its insurer.

• Participation in recreational sports involves inherent risks, including but not limited to serious injury, disability, or death.
• By registering, players acknowledge and accept all risks associated with participation.
• Hockey City Hamilton Inc., its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained during league activities.
• Players agree to waive, release, and hold harmless Hockey City Hamilton Inc. from any claims arising from participation.

• All players must adhere to the official League Rules and Regulations, which are maintained on a separate webpage.
• These rules form part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.
• It is the player’s responsibility to review and understand the current rules.
• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. reserves the right to update rules at any time.

• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. maintains a zero-tolerance policy for unsafe, abusive, or unsportsmanlike conduct.
• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. reserves the right to impose disciplinary actions, including:

1. Game misconducts
2. Suspensions (short-term or indefinite)
3. Removal from the league without refund

• Decisions regarding discipline are made at the sole discretion of Hockey City Hamilton Inc. officials and are final.
• Suspended or removed players are not entitled to compensation or reimbursement.

• By participating, players consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during league activities.
• Hockey City Hamilton Inc. may use such media for:

1. Promotional materials
2. Social media
3. Website content

• Advertising and marketing purposes
• Players waive any rights to compensation or ownership of such media.
• Players with concerns about media use must notify Hockey City Hamilton Inc. in writing prior to participation.

Hockey City Hamilton Inc. reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion.

• Updated Terms & Conditions will be made available through official league communication channels or the league website.
• Continued participation in the league following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.

• By registering and participating in Hockey City Hamilton Inc., players acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
